I love this pan
I just purchased this pan to replace the Teflon version of the same pan. My new ceramic top stove required flat bottomed pans and all my Teflon ones were warped. I've only gotten to use it a few times, but it is awesome and the heat distribution and cooking is such an improvement. I never have to have the burner above an almost-medium (as opposed to Medium) to get the results I want.
I can't imagine this pan warping under any cooking condition.
