Flattens out
I had been looking for a fiber bed that gave a lot of "gushy" comfort at night and a luxurious look when the bed was made. This product filled the bill for a few days, then the cells flattened like pancakes. I try to fluff every day before making the bed, but it still looks like a swayback horse. Considering it's very pricey, I would not recommend.

deep valleys
The overall quality of the mattress pad seems to be decent, and it is generally more comfortable than the mattress without the pad. That said, the pad is four “cells” wide. Think about it: Two adults sleeping in a queen size bed are always sleeping in a “valley.” Within 30 minutes of lying in the bed, the filling is pushed to the outer sides of the cells and you are really in a valley! Had they made the cover five cells wide, this would not be such an issue.
ALSO, the mattress cover is NOT washable... so you need to use another cover over it.
