It's Eh.
I bought this deco pen because I absolutely hate piping with bags and tips. I thought this would be easy, after all, I like writing. I was disappointed. It takes way more frosting to frost a cupcake than normal piping, the filling of the cartridges is messy, especially trying to get the filler plate out and it is not easier than normal piping. Sure, it's a great idea on paper, but the reality is it's no better than piping with a pastry bag and tips.

Great product, it makes frosting cupcakes super easy and fun. Only problem is when you try to mix frosting and food coloring in the tubes it makes a giant mess.
