Not that good
Did not get the color I ordered even tho it was pictured at the time. This product gets way too hot and after looking on you tube learned you had to plug and un-plug the whole time you used it so cakes cooked right and turn them half way thru. There is NO on-off switch and it is hard to open and close when its hot. Good concept but I could not recommend, too dangerous around kids and thats the whole point of making these with your kids?

DON"T BUY
I've been making these things by hand for years with brownies and frosting, rolling and dipping. This machine allows you to just have a light cake and some creamy center.
First: light doesn't work for the 'go' green
2. no directions how to put batter in each hole. Because of THAT...every ball comes out different and some look like fireman hats..cockeyed..at that.
3. green light never comes on or goes out so sometimes the 'balls' are big, dark brown or small and light beige. TERRIBLE machine. I put it away and probably won't use it ever again. 3x I tried and they were barely eatable. Bad purchase!!!

I like it!
I have yet to make any cake pops, but my friends just enjoy the Hot Fresh doughnut holes. Under cooking (may not be recommended but) any of the "moist" cake mixes will most likely result in a warm gooey center.
Even came up with some personal recipes my friends and family love. Easy to use, although you need to be very careful not to get burned when extracting the soft spheres-of-goodness. I recommend a wooden spoon as not to scratch the non stick surface.
