Simple and effective,
The Wii Push Up Bar makes doing any plank exercises with the Wii Balance board much easier and effective. After a hard cardio workout my hands get sweaty and tend to slip off of the balance board, as well as causing pain in my wrist when doing push-ups. The Push Up Bar solves both problems I'm able to maintain my balance as the padded handles hold up to wet hands and vastly improve the wrist angle for push-ups.
