Outdoor Umbrella Mistake
I am now on my 4th Umbrella, they continue to break. I would not recommend this umbrella under any circumstances. The rope has broken twice, the plastic hinge on the top just broken, it's just no good, it's too poorly constructed. Looking for one with better quality.

cantelever umbrella
The first umbrella and I bought broke within the month. BBand B replaced it with the floor model. The cord of that umbrella is frayed and will soon break. I plan on returning it to the store for a full refund.

cheap, cheap, cheap
This only lasted about a month - at least I only paid $100.00 for it, but I thought I could of got a little more use of it than a couple of weeks. The umbrella detached somehow and I am not able to get it back on. I guess I get what I pay for. And, of course I did not keep the box so no returns, I am stuck with it and it is going in the dump. I would spend a little more and get something way better.

Poor Design Modified and replaced.
Plastic Hinge Broke, could not find a brand name or any identification to try to get a new part. very frustrated. Called Bed Bath & Beyond and they replaced, no questions asked! Replacement has design modification that addresses the problem. I was upset but now I am happy because they made it right!
