Unhappy with wrinkles and feel
While I just love my comforter from this set, I was unhappy with the sheets. I absolutely LOVE the detailed look of the pleats on these sheets. But when I opened the package, the sheets felt very "rough" to be considered 300 thread count. I went ahead and washed them to give them a chance. I was very disappointed. They were still stiff, not soft at all, and worse yet - they were horribly wrinkled! All the gorgeous detailing of the black/ivory pleats was ruined by the fact that I had to spend 15 minutes trying to iron them down flat again. NO WAY am I going to spend that kind of time ironing my sheets every week. So back in the package they went. I'll be returning them today for a set of plain boring ivory sheets instead.
