We sent this as a housewarming gift to a friend. She loved it! She did not want teflon-coated surfaces, but rather all stainless. Wish the large pot had come in a smaller size--say 4 qt. Otherwise, perfect. Also, excellent follow-up by shipping dept/customer service when I provided the wrong address! Thanks.

Excellent purchase
This is an great set of pots and pans for the cost, or otherwise. They work very nicely with my induction cook top, too.
They've held up well in the dishwasher, and the glass lids are handy in checking up on food that's cooking underneath. The handles on the pots, and lids do not get hot, so you can touch them comfortably during cooking.
If you're making the switch from non-stick to stainless steel, just remember to cook at lower temperatures, and spray some oil down on the surface before you get started.

Not worth buying
I received this cookware set as a wedding gift and thought I received something nice, but was totally wrong. These are the worst pots and pans I have ever owned. I have only had them less than 4 months and they are already rusted and look like I have owned them for years. I would not recommend this cookware set.
