Looks much better than it is
Great looking and very stylish but the wheels are very poorly made. With only gentle use walking from my car to the casino about ten times over twelve monyhs the outter casing of one of the rear wheels designagrated and the is starting to. The wheels are not replaceable so even though the rest of the bag is like new it's becoming next to useless. It's too bad as the rest of the case looks and feels very upscale.
I didn't experience any handle problem

Broke Very Quickly.
Just wrote a review of the green model; they are the same except for color (mine was black). Basically, the product is very well laid out and looks great in the store, but after only six trips the back wheels both broke. Turns out they are cheap plastic that disintegrated -- outer cover of plastic came right off. Will try to return, but doubt next one will be much better, since others report same problem (and problems with handle) -- see reviews of green luggage.

Great reliable bag to travel with. The wheels spin just fine and the handle works great too. It expands and has compartments inside too. Good value for the price. Use a coupon and an even better value!!!!!!!
