LOVE IT
My husband and I bought one of these four years ago and we love it. It kept our house from smelling like puppy urine and fecis (puppy potty training years). Now we have a toddler and she spills stuff everywhere, so this machine has been a life saver!!!!!!!!! I reccomend this machine to everyone that I know :)

Very good purchase. Cost of machine pays for itself when you consider how much it costs to have an outside company come in and clean your carpets! We felt it cleaned them even better and the whole house smells so clean after using it! it is also smaller and so much easier to use than older rug shampoo machines. Great investment for us with 4 pets!
