Mauviel M'Passion Copper 4.9-Quart Beating Bowl with Ring

Copper mixing bowl with round bottom features a bronze ring so it is easy to hold while mixing. When you beat or whip eggs in the copper bowl, copper ions migrate from the bowl into the egg whites. Egg whites are less likely to unfold, and a yellowish, creamy foam will be produced so you don't over beat your eggs. Measures 10.2" in diameter and 5.5" high. Hand wash.
