I am very pleased with the quilt rack. I needed something formal looking that would hold a very heavy comforter and this is the first one I have found that worked.

Just what we needed
I did not have difficulties with this product as I read in a previous review. The included instructions were simple and easy to read but the diagram was tiny and useless. Not a problem though as the parts were clearly labeled (on the underside so it wouldn't show! but I easily peeled them off). It includes an allen wrench - no screwdriver needed. Just be gentle and patient when threading the 8 screws and they will fit fine.
I suggest putting it together by hand-tightening the screws gently at first. Once all screws have been secured and the contraption is totally constructed, THEN tighten the screws with the allen wrench. Perhaps this is why someone else had off-kilter results.
I had some felt sticky dots that I stuck to the bottoms of the feet so it won't scratch our wood floors. It looks great and will display our blankets nicely...in the future. For now, we will hang our damp bath towels over it to utilize the drying power of the floor vents :)
I only gave 4 stars because it's quality is mediocre at a posh price.
This was shipped to us from our wedding registry but I have no idea who sent it. Thank you, somebody!

TERRIBLE QUALITY & WORKMANSHIP
The quality and workmanship of this product is lots to be desired. First of all, the holes were not lined up correctly so, my husband had to enlarge one hole to put together. Once together, it was very poor quality; unstable, out of kilter, etc.
The package didn't come from BedBathBeyond; it came from a third party. The package DIDN'T have a return instructions or invoicing of anykind.
If the invoicing would have been there I definitely would have returned the item for a refund!!!!!! Would NOT recommend anyone purchasing this product@@@@@
