If you are looking for a 'chef's rug' of this size, you'd better be ready to stand in one place for a very long period of time. When I cook, I tend to move around the kitchen, so this rug was way too small for my style of cooking. This is, of course, no fault of the product, as what I must really need are runners. To compensate, I keep moving it around (by bending over and picking it up, and placing it somewhere else) which is VERY inconvenient!
