What a disappointment....
I opened the boxy of this beautiful Steam Mop & Sweeper as excited as a 5 year-old kid. I just returned my Steam & Sweep Floor Cleaner by Bissell, after I decided that I should be able to find something that has better vacuum capacity and perhaps even steams better. Putting the Sienna together was fairly easy. Using it, however, was unhandy for a couply of reasons: 1) Extension cord is really short. I mean: I live in a 250 sq ft studio. I should not have to replug my vacuum in such a small space in a different outlet. 2) It sucks up all the water from the water reservoir within 12 minutes. Before my session was over, I had to go back to my distilled water jug in between for a refill. Inconvenient as well. 3) I used my cordless Shark prior to using the 'sweep' function, and even then I was not impressed with the suction power of the Sienna when it came to little things I left behind. The Sienna has a hard time reaching little corners. Pressing the steam button the whole time wasn't fun either, nor was it fun to stand in the water puddles it left behind. Oh yes: I used that second pad as well to dry off . Eventually, I just went on my knees with a towel to dry off my floor, which was covered in water dirty enough to make my towel look like I cleaned the entire floor with it to begin with. Bottomline: Looks aren't everything. This thing looks good, but can use 'some' improvement. It's going back... What a bummer....

Great idea...but...
Recieved this item as a wedding gift a week and a half ago. The idea is great...but.. mine is no longer steaming. So it's a $150 mop/vaccum. It is also VERY heavy and hard to manuver. I will be returning it in store today, & hope to find something a bit smaller that will work as promised.
