look out! I received one of these for Christmas two years and and ABSOLUTELY love it. I get ooo's and aaaah's all the time over it. Last month I ordered two as gifts, got free shipping (yeah!), but upon arrival and inspection, both of them had come undone on the bottom. And one was cracked in a few more places. The bamboo seemed to want to return to its "curved" nature and just undid itself as a drawer. I am going to order replacements, and put a word in about checking prior to shipping. (The shipping box was perfect, so damage enroute wasn't the problem.) I still LOVE mine! May 16, 2013

Taking this back...bad bamboo! I bought this for my salon, noticed that it was cracked and then the next week it completely came unglued! Not worth the money... April 14, 2013

Bad choice I just noticed on my 2nd Bamboo Drawer, that there's another crack! I returned the first one, after getting it for a bridal shower gift, when I saw 3 cracks in the sides. Isn't bamboo supposed to be durable? I will be returning this 2nd one, and hoping to find something a little tougher! Very disappointed! April 9, 2013

Not Recommended Was excited to get this for Christmas, but after a few weeks it cracked in several places. I did not have my machine sitting on top of it. The drawer will not open wider than the width of one Kcup. I am returning for different style storage product. April 4, 2013
