This machine is amazing! Just the right pressure, perfect froth, easy to use, easy to clean. Nothing like fresh ground expresso with no mess. LOVE IT! THE BEST! Worth every penny and more. I am so happy I bought this machine.

Become a slave of your coffee machine
From the 5 espresso machines I have had in the last 20 years this is definitely the least satisfying of all. The worst thing about the machine is that it uses very small portions of coffee which can not be changed. In order to get a full body half cup of coffee; you have to make two coffees to actually get one and then you are force to clean the machine every 6 cycles (three cups) which becomes a nightmare. Lots of annoying bugs in the software. For example if you do not press the center button twice, fast enough to make two cups then you end up canceling the operation however the machine even it had not started making the coffee it will grind the coffee and throw it away. BAD BAD BAD and ANNOYING.
