Really Like It
It appears you either hate it or love it. In our case we were looking for replacement pillows and lucked out with two returns. We tried them and weren't sure how we felt but it's been a month now and still my neck does not feel strained as it always had in the past. The pillow is firm enough to accommodate the weight of your head but soft enough if you apply more pressure. These pillows are NOT for sleeping on your back - so don't do it! The only draw back is I have to remove the pillow altogether while on my back until I go back to sleeping on my side. I hope these last a long long time. I think they are worth the price. My neck thanks me every morning.

Side Sleeper With NO Pain For the FIrst TIme Ever
For years I have been sleeping on cheap pillows. I have never known what It's like to fall asleep and wake up without my neck and every other joint down to my ankles, not hurting. I just woke up from my first nap on this pillow. I can not believe how it feels like to actually be able to move my body without extreme pain. I don't know how this pillow will be over time, but I know that I can never go back to having an average pillow again.

Good at first then it went down hill from there...
I purchased this pillow in February 2013. During the first few uses it was fantastic and I loved laying my head on it each night. However after having to wash the pillow case a few times in the washer machine the fluff inside the pillow would make it very hard to re-fluff again thus leaving lumps inside the case once the memory foam pillow was re inserted,
A few days ago, I decided to throw out the pillow case and instead put the memory foam inside a standard pillow. This works ok however, I need to stack it on top of another pillow to get the height I need, as I'm a side sleeper. I would not recommend this pillow.

Worst Pillow I every purchased
I purchased the Brookstone shoulder pillow. The first and only night I slept on it, it was ok at first, then the longer I had my head on it the harder it became after 4 hours I felt a rock would have been softer. I through that pillow across the room. My daughter tried it the next night. I asked her how she liked it...back to the store it goes...today!
