Can't live without it
I received this last Christmas and it has been my favorite gift of all time. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine. We bring it on vacation with us. I have completely stopped going to Starbucks. Great company. Coffee pods are always delivered in 48 hours or less. I highly recommend.

Great machine very pleased
I was a bit concerned when reading the previous negative comments and was pleasantly surprised. I have been a long time nespresso addict and have used the original with the side car frothier and this is so much easier. I spent time always cleaning burnt milk from the bottom of the frother and this machine has eliminated this issue. The drinks are perfect ( once you set your desired milk to espresso formula) the drinks will burn your lips off if you dive right in and take a sip once the drink is made, this is contrary to others reviews in regards to the temperature of the drinks. The milk container will last about 3 large drinks but I use it daily so it is not much of a concern, you empty it and fill it again, what's the issue?
It is easy to clean and a very user friendly machine.
Knowing that if I had any issues I could return it to the store was reassuring when I made the purchase and knowing I got a deal with my 20% coupon made me feel great too.
This machine is not cheap but it is a quality item so you are getting your monies worth.
I think if you make the purchase you will be happy with your decision. It is a cool looking machine, a quality product and fun to make my drinks at home when ever I like.

Disappointed
I was so excited to buy this machine. I have a Nespresso Cube and an Aeroccino. I wanted one machine to do both. The milk can only stay in the milk container for two days it says....And it says to wash the container in your dishwasher at least twice a week I believe. It made the milk with too much foam even when I put the knob to low foam. It actually made my latte more difficult to make in the morning. Needless to say I returned the machine and I am back to using my Nespresso Cube and Aeroccino. I'm totally satisfied. I thought things would be easier with the new machine and I was totally wrong.
