Great product! Makes great coffeee but it is a very sensitive machine. Makes me nervous when I have guests over that they will push the wrong button and cause a problem with the grinder, etc. The instructions tell you "don't do this while the machine is not in operation or it may damage the grinder" yet there is nothing to prevent an uneducated barista from doing "this".
Requires totally "dry" coffee beans so if you are one of those that like the flavored coffees, I don't think this is the right machine. I think (correct me if I am wrong) that it requires completely dry beans with no oil or flavors added.
But again I will say, this makes a GREAT cup of coffee, capuccino, latte... right up there with the local coffee stores charging $5 cup. Coffee de crema is unbelievable!!
Love that you can adjust all of the settings: amount of water, milk, foam. temperature, coffee, etc for each product.
I love it, just wish it was a little more durable.......
