Works for me I've been using this travel mug for about 3 weeks now & I have no complaints. I heat it up first with hot tap water, then fill it with my morning coffee before heading off to work. The coffee stays hot, the mug fits into my vehicle's cup holder, it doesn't leak, it's easy to clean & nice to look at. I find it is easy to put the lid on -- with previous travel mugs, I've had to fight to get the lid on correctly to avoid leaks. This mug is much easier to close snugly. I do not have any troubles drinking from it either -- no dribbles or mess. For me, it's working perfectly as I can expect. April 18, 2013

Does the job It keeps your coffee warmer than a typical travel mug, but doesn't last that long. I have one that keeps coffee steaming hot until I get home from work about 9 hours later, but this one only stays warm for about 2 hours. For the price, I wouldn't expect it to be anything special.
