I like it I read the other reviews so I have to admit that I do not move this fan often, they stay in the same area. I bought one for the living room and went back and bought another for my bedroom. It is easy to assemble and easy to clean, it is very lightweight. I have no problems with this fan, compared to others in the price range, this was the best choice. September 3, 2012
Easy to put together I thought this was going to be really chintzy at first, because every piece is plastic, but it was so easy to put together -- no tools required! -- and it's quite quiet for a fan. July 18, 2012
I am a Fan Well, there has been a record heatwave here in the midwest, and even with air conditioning.... I still use this fan to move air around... saving $$$ July 18, 2012
A VERY CHEAP FAN The 3 fin blade weighs 2.8 ounces. The poles fit way less snug than those of a vacuum cleaner extension. Way less snug. That means pick it up by the top pole and they come apart. If you lift it by the control assembly, the top pole falls out. It only takes five minutes to put together, but you'll spend 10 minutes trying to believe how B,B & B decided to sell this product. If you leave it in the spot you put it together in and don't touch it, you'll get a decent soft breeze (to about 12 feet on high). I think they made it with a remote control so that you don't have to touch it thereby preventing it from falling apart. What happened to LASKO? I own 3 of their fans, all bought between 1993 & 1997 and they all run right, are powerful and are built tough. That's why I bought it. A relative bought one, but didn't tell me that he returned it. The one plus is, it can't cost much to run being it's so light & the motor runs very smooth. I hope this saves some of you the time & effort. At least you'll know what to expect. There are very many fans in this price range (assuming you used the 20% coupon). Good Luck! July 13, 2012
