bummer
I was raving about this item for the first four days.
It was easy to connect to my ipod touch, no problem.
The sound was excellent considering its size.
All the features worked as promised.
Then on the fifth day it decided not to work anymore. It was fully charged and treated very carefully, given no reason for it to stop working.
I turned it on, connected it, started a song and after one second it turned itself off. I went through these steps about fifteen times, even removed and reinstalled its connection. Nothing worked.
I returned it.

Great Little Speakers
Bought the "Jam" speaker last summer to use at the beach. The sound is surprisingly good and I also use it with my I-pad when watching net flicks. During a trip to Fla. for spring break my nephews brought it to the beach to use with there I-phones and if it can survive them it can survive anything, I just bought them there own. The Bluetooth works great!

WOW, Even impressed my husband
Just got this. Impressive! My husband immediately confiscated it. Will have to get a 2nd one. Love the bluetooth feature. Easy and fast connection. I expected to be able to change the music from my iphone but was surprised that i can also adjust the volume. Love that it is small as I got it so i can be mobile. Got tired of wearing earbuds.

HMDX Jam Blue Tooth
@tczig from Florida, I spoke to a manager after seeing your review/concern and he said that BB&B woud exchange your product no questions asked. I had an item for 6 months and they returned it for a few one. Problem today people purchase things, toss out $40 for it and it last 3 months. They then feel screwed but never try toget their money back. If more people returned themse items because they are shodding then BB&B would quit carrying the items. Returm it!!
