I am in love with these pans!
We received this set of pans as a wedding gift in July. It is now December and because I have used at least 1 of these pans every single day since we opened the box I can definitely say they are great! The anodizing, instead of a coating, means the outside of the pans are non-stick too, which makes clean up a breeze! Foods that I have to scrub out of my old pans simply slides away. The rubber on the handles is great and I love the loop handles on the glass tops instead of the old doorknob-style handles on most lids. It gives me better control of a hot surface and makes it easier to wash out. You do need to be a little careful because the metal next to the rubber still gets hot, but I got used to being careful really quickly and now it is natural. We use silicon whisks in our sauce pan and plastic spatulas, because, even though we don't risk removing a coating, nicks and scratches would still cause food to stick. I absolutely LOVE cooking rice in my pots. It is so easy, no need to worry about sticking and subsequent burning. When the rice is done I just turn the pot upside down over a bowl and the rice slides out as one entity rarely leaving even a grain behind. When we first opened them we kept some of our old pans because it is nice to have multiples in the same size, but we would rather rinse these out and use them again then use our others (unless we need 2 at the same time). Not only would I recommend them I am considering purchasing another frying pan and sauce pan so I can have 2 on the stove at a time. Well worth the price!
