incorrect template
WARNING: If you buy this product, do not drill holes in the wall using the supplied paper template. I drilled eight holes in a tile wall only to discover that the supplied paper template is 9/16" too narrow. Ruined the tile. Ruined my day.

Too big
I like the look of the shelf, but it was a little to big for my space. It sticks out almost a foot and half from the wall. Also, there were no instructions for mounting it to the wall. You have the use the allen wrench and unscrew the tiny screw located near the circle wall mounting area. The paper mounting guide was slightly off for me, so I had to drill new holes. I will be returning and buying something smaller.

Product failure
So I was so excited to find such a beautiful glass shelving unit at such a reasonable price and alas, too good to be true. The manufacturer supplies you with ZERO instructions ANYWHERE, not even on the box, and exactly 8 screws with 8 brackets ( at least I think that's what they are). One would think the screws were meant to fit the holes on the back of the shelf for "easy mounting," but they absolutely DO NOT. How this shelf is supposed to attach to a wall is beyond me.
