Good product Disappointed that the indicator doesn't work. Would like to know how to get a replacement without purchasing a new pitcher. I've used these products for more than 15 years this is s the first time I've encountered this problem. April 22, 2013

This is my second Brita pitcher! I liked my first Brita pitcher so much, I bought another. It doesn't leak when I overfill the reservoir or allow unfiltered water to escape when I pour some out. March 14, 2013
