Love The Product!
After using a friend's dehydrator in Hawaii to dry a bumper crop of bananas, I bought my own. This machine is made by the same manufacturer as my friend's Excalibur machine and has all the same features. I looked up the machine online and found BBY to have the best price, especially if you get to use your awesome 20% off coupon. This comes with the silicone sheets for making fruit jerky, which will be great this summer for my expected apricot & nectarine abundance. I have tried drying persimmons, figs, blueberries and herbs so far, and they came out excellent. I would NOT recommend drying blackberries as they lacked flavor and the texture was pinecone-like. Not the machine's fault, but general tip for the user.
