After a week, couldn't live without it
This 8 qt. Fagor pressure cooker seemed the right combination of features, good reviews and quality. You really do use the steamer and no-pressure lid a lot. It would probably not be big enough for canning, but that's not why I bought it. It's awesome for winter squash because it cooks uniformly and super-fast. No issues with quality, seems like it will last forever, nothing really to wear out or break.
