Great Coffee Maker
Makes great coffee according to the K Cup one chooses. After saying I would never get a single cup brewer, I am so glad I purchased this mini. For one or two people it is ideal.

Do the maintenance before you report it as broken!
I purchased my Mini-Plus in August of last year and just love it! Today it decided to not deliver my second cup of coffee so I went to the Keurig website and viewed the videos of how to clean the needles and K-Cup pack holder and descale it.
First I cleaned the needles and it now works like it is supposed to. After I get a bottle of vinegar, I will descale it just because I've had it nine months and it's probably time to.
Quite a few people have reported that their Keurig brewer quit working after a short while and while they were pleasantly surprised at Keurig's wonderful customer service, their brewer probably wasn't broken; just needed some maintenance.

Loved it until it died. Lasted less than 2 years. :-(

Great
My daughter can only have decaf now, so it is much easier to fix one cup, any time, rather than to wait for us to finish our high octane leaded coffee. Great addition to the household.
