Slow in name only, it actually juices faster than most typical juicers and expel much drier pulp with a much higher yield. Uses a masticating and pressing method of extraction courtesy of a screw-like auger that functions like a mortar and pestle to crush and press food to release deep-seated nutrients and enzymes.
