Love It
This product does what it advertised. I bought it specifically for eggs because I like the white cooked and the yellow soft. I either break the yolks when turning or over cook and the yolks are hard cooked as well as the whites. I have had perfect eggs since I got this pan. I really love it!!

wait for the bubbles
This works well for pancakes if you use it correctly. Make sure that lots of bubbles have come through before you flip the pancake. Adding frozen blueberries adds a bit of a problem. There is a tendency for some of the blueberries to stick to the surface. However, it is easy to clean up.
