Not keeping
I was looking for a good hand heal vac and this one had great reviews. However, the charging indicator light NEVER goes off! It stayed red the entire time (indicating that it was charging). A rechargeable machine should indicate when it is fully charged. I have not used this item and will return it.
I reported my displeasure with Shark Customer Service. When they are able to change the charging indicator, red to green or red to no light, I will reconsider this vac.

Not so great
This does not work very well on carpet and upholstery. I tried using it on a recliner to get off dog hair but it did nothing. It's okay for little messes on hard floors but that's about it.

Great Picker Upper
I use this product often and highly recommend it. Because it's good on anything light and loose, I use it for dog hair, car floor mats and around the paper shredder. I recently broke a salt shaker and the Shark did a great job of cleaning up quickly. With the ability to spot clean and get close to furniture/piano legs, you won't be lugging out the big vac so often.

Best dustbuster ever
This is by far the best hand held vac I ever had, just
threw out my black & decker, doesn't hold up to this one.
I highly recommend this product, I bought one for my sister and she loved it too.
