I purchased this blanket years ago. It is extremely soft. Washes beautifully & is warmer than any of the other micro-blankets. I HAD PURCHASED SEVERAL DIFFERENT MICRO-BLANKETS PRIOR TO THIS ONE I keep checking for a sale to purchase more. I have recommended this blanket to others

Did not like
After reading the other reviews I guess I am the only one that is not a fan of this blanket. Yes it is VERy soft to the touch but mine had a overwhelming chemical smell to it even after I washed it and the weight of it is very wierd and heavy. I took it off in the middle of the first night and put my old blanket back on . I will be returning this .

LOVE-LOVE-LOVE it!
I read the other reviews and thought it was funny that I was never even concerned with how the blanket lays on the bed because of the two layers. If that's important to you then I guess you should pass up on the most "sensory tactile feeling" you could ever experience. We have four of these blankets plus a few "throws" and they are well loved for their softness. Our beds are then topped off with a very fluffy duvet and duvet cover so the "supposed uneveness" of the blanket underneath is never noticed. But if you have thin bedding on top it might be seen . . . I guess. I live in Chicago, and I love cold A/C in summer and these blankets are on our beds year round and washed every week and after a few years they are like new, "oh-so-soft" and comfy. I love them!

Cozy Warm Blanket
I love this blanket, I bought it in the brown color. Yes it is two layers that are sewn together at edges, so after drying you just have to shake it and even it out, which I don't mind at all. Because it has lasted well with no pilling or fuzzing after many washes. Very soft and cozy blanket, will repurchase in other colors soon!
