wish my sheets were like those written about here
I had been looking at these sheets at the store and read the reviews on-line.
I purchased a set this weekend. What a disappointment! For the price, I expected less scratchiness and more comfort.
Wish I knew how to return them. Wish I knew why mine are not like those reviewed here.

No More Sweating
For the last 10 years I have been sleeping on Wumsatta Sateen Sheets costing $240.00 for the set and for the last 10 years I have been waking up most mornings in a puddle of sweat both on the fitted sheet and pillow case. I got a new mattress set and was hoping that would cure the sweating problem. No luck. But finally I bought these Egyptian cotten sheets and now NO MORE wet bed in the morning. The sheet and pillow case are dry. I would have never believed the sheets were the cause of my problem. Are these sheets as smooth and silkly as sateen. No they are not but I will glady exchange a dry bed for silkly feeling any day.

Wonderful sheets
I've owned 6 sets in three different colors but the dark purple is by far my favorite. I've worn out a set of light purple and a set of dark purple so am adding yet another dark purple. I retired one set of light purple to a guest room and have 2 sets of white for the guest rooms, too. Wonderfully comfortable sheets. My one and only complaint: wish they were truly wrinkle-free. Doesn't matter how careful I am, the top hem always ends up with deep, permanent folds. I will NOT iron sheets.
