Great looking and does the job
Great looking, heavy and solid enough to load it up with towels. I had read a couple reviews on this product that said it was not level, but ordered it anyway thinking that maybe the manufacturer had fixed the issue...no, it was indeed slightly wobbly. I fixed it with a chair pad and am still very satisfied with the purchase.

AWFUL!!
The towel bar arrived. I assembled it. I read the reviews and didn't believe them. How wrong was I? It wobbled (wouldn't sit on any floor in my house), it's lopsided. How can a manufacturer produce such a product? Is there no quality control? Other than that, the towel rack is exactly what I wanted; too bad it's lopsided and wobbly. DO NOT purchase this item.

Good Decision
I am very pleased with the purchase of this towel stand. It's beautifully finished & quite sturdy. My husband had no problem with the assembly. I do wish that they would make them larger, as it is difficult to put two towels on one bar.

Bad luck?
I needed a good towel rack. This one is sturdy and basically well made except for the base. The feet were completely uneven. The retaped box looked like it had already been returned once - I should have done the same.
