One of my favorite wedding gifts!
We received these off our registry, and I have been using them for about 6 months now. I am not a professional cook by any means, but I do enjoy cooking and use these knifes daily. They feel nice and sturdy in my hand and are extremely sharp. I hand wash them, let them air dry, and store them in the block. What I am happiest about is this set really does include everything you need. I have no doubt they will last for years to come, and were a great investment.

Disappointed.....but read on!
I'm very disappointed......not with the knife set.....but with myself, that I didn't buy a knife set like this 30 years ago!! After much research online and multiple trips to Bed Bath & Beyond, Williams Sonoma and other stores, I decided the Twin Signature set was the best knife set for the price. A little hint.....If it doesn't say Zwilling before the J.A Henkels, don't waste your time or money! The other key is that the knives must have the two little men imprented on them as opposed to the one little single man. The single man Henkels knives are cheaply made! These Twin Signature knives are super sharp, have a great balance and a heavy duty feel to them. I cook a lot and find myself just trying to think of things to chop! Also, don't be silly and put them in the dishwasher! Just clean with soap and water, dry really good and use the steel before each use and I have absolutely no doubt that these knives will last a lifetime. The only negative thing I can say is that the knives don't really fit the block. There are two extra slots in the block, but nothing really fits like you would think. Having said that.....I really don't care. The knives are my main concern and they are great!!
