This product has not done me wrong yet. I live on a river bank, and wet season has started. Stick a paw in, swish it around a few times, dry it off. takes so little time compared to the ol' pot of warm water method. The puppy doesn't even mind it (though he likes to try to chew on the towel). We've fully avoided muddy footprints since purchasing this.
