Cleans Well
I still have lots of experimenting to do, but so far I am pleased with the E3's cleaning performance. With lots of tile in our home, I was looking for an alternate to harsh chemicals. Having used a Haan floor steamer for two years, I was happy with the results it provided on wood floors, but it didn't clean the tile and grout floors very well. No such issue with the E3. The first pass lifted dirt I was missing previously. Color me impressed! But what doesn't impress is the two included cleaning cloths. They saturate in a matter of minutes and then start dripping, and one of them came apart during its first washing. The search is on for better microfiber cloths. I'm also disappointed with the short power cord which forces me to switch outlets frequently. You shouldn't have to move up to Reliable's premium models to get a decent length power cord. Overall, I am pleased, and would recommend the EnviroMate E3.

awesome product
got this as a gift and cleaned the whole bathroom floor to ceiling with it and it works like magic and no chemicals which I prefer not to use now that I have that option. Did the oven and grill and bamboo floors! Love this cleaner for the pressure and all the attachments

Steamer is worth the money!
We are very happy with the performance of this product. It comes with all the necessary accessories for use. It was easy to use, add and remove accessories, and fill. We have all tile flooring and backsplash in our first floor and bathrooms and all hardwood bamboo in our second floor and this steamer will have paid for itself in two cleanings versus commercial steamer services.
