I recommend if you like firm pillow
I purchased this pillow from the store so I was able to look at it before I purchased it. I gave it 5 stars because it was well made and the price is right. I'm 5'3" and the measurements of 24"w x 26"l x 7"d was perfect for me. The only thing i didn't like was that it is too firm for my liking. I'm returning it and going to search for a soft to medium memory foam wedge.

It stopped his snoring!
I purchased the Bed Wedge for myself a year ago, on the recommendation of my doctor, to prevent acid reflux. I bought another for my husband, who is such a heavy snorer, I was losing valuable sleep. HIS SNORING STOPPED IMMEDIATELY, upon using it.
It is not meant to replace your pillow, but to raise the upper portion of the body enough to breathe easier. We both use our regular pillows on top of the wedge so we can continue to sleep on our side.
On the rare occasion I might hear him snore now, I just remind him to 'scoot up on your wedge', and the snoring stops. I highly recommend this product! Well worth trying before using expensive medical breathing equipment.

Wedge
Wow! Thank you so much for this pillow. It is always gratifying to purchase a product that meets or exceeds your expectations.
After months of sinus issues I spent the first night in a full sleep in a long time. I found it to be orderless and effective as soon as I laid my head on it.
It does take a little getting used to. I like to side-sleep and I have a hard time finding a comfortable place for my arms. I do find more comfort/support the higher my head is up the pillow.
First night was without sinus sprays and pills!
It is a little big, so travel may be an issue(?). I will look for smaller one on the net for travel only.
BTW, it seems to just the correct height.
To breath at night .... what a gift!

Really made a difference
I purchased this pillow after struggling to stack regular pillows to get comfortable and prevent acid reflux while pregnant. I can't tell you what a difference this pillow made - I went from not sleeping and waking with horrible heartburn all night to sleeping through the night. I do not use this pillow alone - some have complained about how hard it is. I use it was a base and then place my thin memory foam pillow on top of it and it works perfectly.
