Great Idea -- Bad Quality
This pan burns very easily. The coating started coming off after a few uses. We like the concept -- however, this particular pan is very low quality.

Poor quality
We have tried two of these (flat learning curve!)
egg leaks out when flipping over; finish starts to come off on its own (not a result of washing) after a few uses.

what a joke
Don't waste your money! My fiancé and I registered for this item and were excited to use it for the first time when we got it. We always had a hard time flipping omelets in regular pans and thought this was a great idea. but thats it, a great idea only. the plastic melts on the the handle and the thumb thing (how you flip) and the eggs/filling slide over so the omelet isn't necessarily cooked all the way through. used it once - never going to use it again. what a piece of you know what

Poor Quality
The first time I used it the coating came off in spots. I strongly recommend you stay away from this product.
