I have a question
Will the 7-cup food processor be big enough to make pizza dough that requires 6 cups flour, 2 cups water, etc.? Or should I go with the 9-cup? Thanks in advance!

Workhorse lasts
I have had this model for almost 30 years. It has been used to prepare meals for a family of 8! And I do mean USED! Spmetimes daily for weeks at a time. Once my daughter even put potpourri in it when I wasn't around. I don't recommend that. It did scratch the bowl, but I am still using it anyway! Makes it easy to buy in bulk when veggies are cheap, slice them up and freeze raw for stir fries and soups later! Salsa only takes a minute. Hummus And guacamole are my new dishes, now that it's just two of us. So I may finally replace it with a new one. Or not....

Work Horse of the Kitchen (till it cracks)
I love this machine and I would love to give this 5 stars, but I can't.
A word to the wise, DO NOT WASH ANY OF THE PARTS IN THE DISHWASHER! The plastic get brittle and the underside of the chopping blade cracks where it is riveted to the plastic.
My only other gripe... replacement parts are really expensive. The replacement blade is $33.00 and a new bowl will set you back $29.50. With combined cost, may as well get your self a new one (with a new warranty) with your 20% off coupon.

Beyond my expectations!
Not only does the Cuisinart chop, mix, slice and shred; it does it in record time! We were amazed at how quickly it gets the job done. To be honest, we have been searching for reasons to use it!! I would recommend it highly to anyone thinking of purchasing!
