Love!
This item was great. I also purchased the 6 piece starter kit and I thought it was flimsy. So, I thought this too would be flimsy, but it is very sturdy. The dividers are very supportive. I feel very comfortable with my stemware in here. The only thing I wold suggest is to put a piece of cardboard in the top part.

Not what I need
Way too deep. What stemware stands 12 inches high? I need one about 7 inches for crystal goblets. Bad zipper on this model that I bought. The zipper came apart after it was zipped.

Good for glasses shorter than 9 inches
This product is good but I bought it thinking my 9 1/2 inch tall flutes would fit in it but they do not . The package says 10 inches high. that was very frustrating to me because I specifically bought this for my flutes.
