Love the shape and ease of using this product.
I've only used the rolling pin once, but I like the difference in the shape. It covers a wider surface area than the regular pins. I also have arthritis in my hands and the shape makes it easier to roll out dough, or pastry, without having to grip it.

Wonderful!
I looked for a French rolling pin for a while and had conceded defeat until I found this one! I have really enjoyed using it. I really dislike handles on rolling pins, they make it hard to keep them clean and dry. This rolling pin has a lovely, smooth finish that dough does not easily stick to.
