Do not buy this pan After using the pan for about a year and a half (hand-washing only, using recipe that came with it) some of the pan coating came off onto the bottom of the popovers. Not a pretty sight. September 23, 2012

Making popovers? You need one of these Yes, it is a one-trick tool, but if you want a proper popover then you need a proper popover pan and this one will definitely do the job with a proper popover batter. As someone else noted, try Alton Brown's recipe. January 7, 2012
good product Works perfectly if well greased with Crisco (not oil) and heated in a hot oven for several minutes berfore adding batter. Wonderful popovers! January 5, 2012
