Quality material and construction.
I was amazed to see another reviewer said the material was light, I think that person was reviewing another product, not this one. The reason I purchased this was because of the quality of the material. It is a heavier weave than anything else I have looked at, almost like a light weight poplin. The drop does measure 14" and the platform measures 36 1/2". The platform material is also sturdy.

Best dust ruffle for the price
I bought two in different colors for different beds. I was not sure if I would like them based on the views read, but found the product was extremely good quality fabric and it was not thin but average weight and it hung perfectly on my bed. I only wish it came in a longer length as I had to return one to order another in the Hotel line which came in 18inch drop.

POOR!!
this is just short of the measurements, finally gave up on trying to fit it to the bed.
Very, very poor quality, tissue thin.
Only thing good is that it is returnable.
