Best purchase ever
I have purchased this brush twice and haven't had any problems. The bristles are not too rough on the back at all. They shouldn't be to rough anywhere if used on the areas it is meant for. The handle is very sturdy and has never cracked or broken. I only purchased this item twice because I left mine by accident when I moved. I would hight recommend this brush.

Disappointed
I purchased this back brush because my wife liked the color. I also assumed the manufacturer had considered whether the bristles would be comfortable, yet effective, on human skin. Apparently not; I could produce less pain using a cheese grader. An effective torture device....yes, a good back scrubber.....NO! I am returning it for a better product.

Still Looking !
Wow, I thought that I was the only one that this happened to ( snapping at the neck ). The colors are nice and I did like the bristles, but there must be more thought into redesigning the handle. Make the handle sturdy and you will not disappoint your loyal customers.

feng shui back brush
This product looks pretty however I have purchased three and all three snapped at the nect of the brush. I will not purchase another one and I recommend that no one else does either. The store should consider pulling this product. I am very dissappointed.
