All you have to do is fill with ingredients, lock lid and begin cooking. Cooking time is reduced up to 70%. The safety lock on the handle of this 4-quart pressure cooker measuring 9" in diameter prevents opening before all pressure is released. Pressure build-up is avoided with the two independent over-pressured release valves. For even heat distribution this 18/10 stainless steel pressure cooker features an aluminum sandwich base. Spring-type mechanism with one pressure setting: High (15psi). Works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction stoves. Pot is dishwasher safe. Ten-year warranty. UL listed.

Great Product!
This was my first pressure cooker I had ever bought. I was a bit afraid at first, but the safety features reassured me and cooking with this cooker is a breeze. I've been using the cooker for 2 1/2 years, at least 3 times a week without any problems. I'm upgrading to a larger cooker today.
