Excellent Blender! I love this blender! I was looking for a blender that didn't have any removable parts and had a glass pitcher and this blender has it. I use it every morning for my smoothie and it blends everything to the perfect consistency! It chops all the fruit and ice and doesn't leave any pieces like my old blender did! It is sturdy, solid and cleans easily. Plus it doesn't have all those crazy speeds/settings... just a high and low speed... and really that's all I need! Love, Love, Love it!! October 5, 2012
Poor performance from Day 1 12 days, that's how long this $100 blender worked, and even at that it always smelled like the motor was burning. I used it every morning and never filled it more than half full with milk, yogurt, protein powder, a banana and 3-4 ice cubes. Very minimal, soft ingredients. Turned it on this morning and nothing mixed. Emptied out the contents to find the blade, a snapped retaining nut and a washer in the botton of the jar. September 26, 2012
Warning Blender -- The Best This is an incredible heavy duty blender. Absolutely the best. I have had one for 20 years and it is still going strong. It makes short work of ice cubes for frozen drinks and makes great soups. There are no separate parts to clean so no leaks around the base. You can also buy an additional stainless steel bar attachment if you want. Great for wedding gifts. July 28, 2012
Burning smell and doesn't blend well I was hoping for a heavy-duty, long-lasting, simple, stylish blender. Unfortunately, the blender had a burning smell when we tried to use it. It seemed like the motor was not strong enough to blend the items we put in (milkshake). I should have listened to the previous reviewers (on this site and others) who warned that the Warring blenders are not made like they used to be. July 10, 2012
