Perfect for home use!
I bake professionally and I must say, these pans are perfect for home use. They are heavy duty, even for daily use. Pans scratch; it is what it is! Even heavy duty professional grade pans scratch. The reason why a pan would become warped is through improper storage. Pans will rust when they are stored without properly drying them thoroughly after each washing, they are left in the sink or or stay in contact with some sort of liquid for too long. Pans become mottled if they are placed in a dishwasher or through some other form of misuse. Chicago Metallic is a company with an excellent reputation and I own and love these pans. Take care of them and they will last. Abuse any bakeware and they will end up junk!

Professional is questionable
I have mixed feelings about these sheets. I bought two and after only a few months of use they look as though they've been handed down to me from a disgruntled relative. Jelly roll pans in my kitchen get used daily. They need to stand up to abuse, but not look like they've been through a war.
I will look for something entirely different to replace these. I can't have scratched, mottled, warped, rusted pans in my kitchen. As a final note, let me say that I would recommend these to the casual baker looking for a cookie sheet. These will hold up beautifully to light baking, and will brown and release your cookies and baked goods with ease.
