LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
I am the owner of a VERY furry coated German Shepherd and the mother of 3 young children. I have had 3 different Dyson Vacuum Cleaners and never have been completely satisfied with the performance. I decided to try the Miele and I have to say there is no comparison! The Miele S7 Jazz in an exceptional vacuum cleaner. I vacuum a lot less because it picks up the tumble weeds of dog hair and the daily debris the first time. I felt like I was vacuuming ALL the time with the Dyson because it missed so much, plus my dog's hair would stick to the plastic on the Dyson and it drove me crazy. I would have to clean the vacuum after I used it. Not with the Miele! The quality surpasses any other vacuum I have tried. It is simple and cleans throughly without having to use 10 different attachments to get the same results from just 3. Miele definitely understands the consumer. The ease of use with the Miele is like night and day from the others. I purchased the other brand because I thought the features and performance sounded better. Key word sounded. The marketing is better not the vacuum. Miele speaks for itself. I made sure to dig a little deeper this time before making another purchase. I was amazed at the difference. Also the air quality is much better since I went back to a bag versus bag less. I thought I would enjoy the bag less feature but I did not because I was constantly emptying the canister outside into a bag and no matter how you try dust particles are still being released.
A major inconvenience especially for the price of the vacuum. I am able to vacuum more efficiently with the bag and its healthier for my family. I didn't think the light would matter much but it helps with efficiency also. I didn't realize how much I actually missed picking up. The light shows so much more! I look forward to vacuuming. Never thought I would say that.

great customer service
I love my Miele Jazz that I purchased 2 years ago. I did months of research before choosing it. It has an excellent warranty, HEPA filtration, really well made, heavy duty, ect. So when the switch went out on it recently I was shocked! I started looking at other vacuums…again and decided I did not want to give up my Miele. So I took it back to my Sycamore, Illinois store and the manager Ken exchanged it out for a new one. It’s this type of customer service that keeps me coming back to Bed Bath and Beyond!

Not surprised at all
I returned my Dyson that I have had for at least 5 years to BB&B because it broke & the parts were to expensive to buy considering the vacuum was so old. I have been researching the Miele Upright and searched You Tube to watch some very informative information. *(you should check youtube) about this model vs several other models. I have to say, it isnt a light vacuum, it will def give your arms a work out. I have to say that after owning my Dyson Animal and I thought that "it" cleaned my rugs boy was I mistaken. This Miele Vacuum is a TOTALLY WONDERFUL machine. The rugs havent looked so nice in a really long time. Great suction, the headlight shows the stuff on the rug and the filters dont have to be changed for at least 2-3 years..BIG +. I could have purchased the model under this S7210, but I spoiled myself and paid the extra $100 for the light & the Hepa long lasting filter. I also compaired this to the Kirby I have and it almost does a better job... Miele has my vote!!! If your unsure if this is as good as what the reviews say, dont take our word for it, take some time and visit YouTube and watch the videos. Do your research before you spend the money. =)

Don't go for the DYSON
I have both owned and used several Dyson vacuum, cheaper mass marketed "disposable" vacuums; your hoover, dirt devil plastic el cheapo. I have also recently owned a commercial sanitaire vacuum along with a carpet pro. This vacuum is by far the most efficient, easy to use, cleverly though out design and I would say best vacuum you could own. I have two cats and am very particular about the cleanliness of my house and in particular with animals. The vacuum has outstanding filtration, highest suction CF M's out of any vacuum I have owned (even higher than the Dyson). Some comment on the weight of the vacuum etc. Well, I hate to tell you but anyone who has a multi story dwelling your going to have to do a little manual labor to keep it clean. And the lighter, the cheaper and less efficient the vacuum.
Buy it - you won't be disappointed.
helpful tip: If you do have pets, I purchase cheap (like HARTZ) or any brand of flea and tic collar and place in vacuum bag. This will help to ensure if you vacuum a flea or something it will not use the vacuum as it's 2nd home for breeding.
