Make Your Bed Better
Your mattress at school may be lump thin - and used by many people before you. Here's how to get a comfortable night's sleep. Start with a zippered mattress protector to create a barrier between you and the bed. Try one that's designed to protect against allergens and bed bugs. Add a mattress pad, foam topper, and/or a fiber or feather bed to increase the layers of comfort and softness. Pick out your favorite sheets, comforter and pillow and you'll have a comfy haven for sleeping after a hard day of work or play.
